Hello, I'm Benyamin, the founder of Sade Scouts.

I've wanted to be part of the modelling industry for as long as I can remember. What has always drawn me in is the moment of discovery: spotting someone with a look that is unique and striking, often before they have realised it themselves. That is the part of this industry I love most, and it's why I became a scout.

I work independently, which means Sade Scouts is not a modelling agency or a mother agency. My role is simpler than that. I discover new talent and introduce them to agencies and industry professionals I know and trust. If I think you have something special, I'll be honest with you about where I believe you could fit and I'll make the introduction personally.

I'm based in London and scout worldwide. There is never a fee to apply or to be scouted, and I take the responsibility of working with new faces seriously, so you can expect clear communication and a straightforward process from start to finish.
